Dear Prospective Intern/Volunteer

Some years ago, Apostle I.V. Hilliard recognized the need to provide a spirit filled summer camp ground for urban youth.  As he pondered this need, God spoke to him and said, “You are the one to do it!” From that encounter with God, the Love Outreach Village Encounter (L.O.V.E.) City was born.  As a young boy preacher, Apostle Hilliard has always encouraged young people to be a leader for Christ in their generation. L.O.V.E. City provides a training ground for young people to help them do just that!

  • Must complete assignments and assessments
  • Participate in the Love City Team Meetings
  • Participate in the Love City Walk-through
